Privacy Policy for Site Slip

This Privacy Policy explains how Site Slip ("the app," "we," "our") handles information when you use it.

The short version

Site Slip is built to keep your data on your own device. We don't run servers that store your client names, job details, or quotes — we don't have access to that information, and we can't see it. There are no ads in this app, and we don't sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

Information stored on your device

When you use Site Slip, the following information is saved locally on your phone, using standard secure device storage:

• Your business name and phone number (so you don't have to retype them each time)
• Client names, job addresses, and job details you enter
• Quotes you generate, including their status (Draft/Sent/Accepted/Paid)
• The PDF files you generate

None of this information is transmitted to us, uploaded to a server we control, or visible to us in any form. If you delete the app, this data is deleted along with it. If you share a generated PDF (for example, by email or text message), that sharing happens through your device's own native share feature, and goes only to the recipient you choose — we are not involved in and do not see that transmission.

Subscription and payment information

Site Slip offers optional paid subscriptions. Payment is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we never see or store your payment card details.

To manage subscription status (confirming whether you have an active subscription), the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymized identifier and your purchase/subscription status from Apple or Google in order to verify your entitlement — it does not receive your name, address, or the job/client data described above. Analytics and advertising

Site Slip does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services, and does not display ads.

Children's privacy

Site Slip is a business tool intended for tradespeople and contractors and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

Because your data lives on your own device, you are always in control of it — you can edit, delete, or clear any information within the app at any time, and uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if we introduce a new feature that changes how data is handled — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
